ios9.0で接続できません

sjcam4000を購入してダウンロードしましたが、wifiで接続まではできましたが、データのやり取りはうまくできませんでした。

SJ4000Wi-Fiで使用してます。 カメラはVer1.4 問題なく接続できます。 SONYのアクションカムも使用しており、Wi-Fiを切り替えてスマホで画面確認し、Wi-Fi切ってます。 自転車、バイクで使用です。 カメラ内のデータはスマホにダウンロードはできないのかな？ アプリ内にダウンロードできそうなアイコンあるけど…

iOSを最新にしているのに使えないです。 早く使えるようにお願いします。

新バージョンになってから 動画ダウンロードするとすぐ落ちます。 非常に不便になりました。

アプリにデータをダウンロードしていたら、アップデートした時に消えてしまいました。。。（ ; ; ）

アップデートしたら、iPhoneにダウンロードする事が出来なくなった。改善してください。困ってます。

The app keeps on closing after 3 seconds after being connected to the camera. Totally obsolete. Camera won’t pick up spoken sound but will pick up the motorcycle’s and wind noise. Useless. Waste of money. This is why poor pays twice.

It will connect to camera and enable you to see camera's view from your phone. But only for a couple seconds before it crashes. Then you connect it again and it crashes again in seconds rinse and repeat

The app will open up and allow you to connect to its WiFi. The second you want to have a view of the camera through the app, the app just closes. Impossible to use. I deleted app, hard reset my phone, reinstalled and connected. I open app and it immediately crashes. I’ve been trying for 4 days and can’t use this product.

Connection continually fails. Never able to connect in order to wirelessly transfer files or operate camera remotely

Poorly designed app. Not intuitive. Suddenly asked for a password for the camera that I’d never needed before. Found the default one in an online manual. Error messages are in Chinese characters. The camera is decent so hope they update this mess.

for c200 pro. Camera works fine. Have the optional remote which works as well. App however is another story. Can connect to iphone using both methods provided but almost immediately disconnects. No amount of fiddling around can get it to work. Seems by reading the reviews the issue has been going on for years which leaves me little hope that there is going to be a solution

Terrible app. Unable to connect. Downloading for the third time. Hopefully it’ll work.

Everything works fine on the cam (SJ6 Pro) and in the app before connecting. Once I connect, the screen on the cam freezes and the app shows it’s connected but with a black viewfinder. It also cause the buttons to stop working so I have to pull the battery from the cam to reset it. Basically unusable and I saw that there were issues with the app from reviews over a year ago on YouTube so it seems there’s not much care/attention being given to the app or the feedback. Edit: Latest update (6.4.8) did not fix any of my issues described above. Hopefully it helped someone with something 🤷🏾‍♂️

Nothing but a loading screen. Says I’m connected to the cameras Wi-Fi, but refuses to load once I try to connect in app.

Crashes CONSTANTLY! Won’t upload photos or videos to phone or computer!

There isn’t even a way to add your camera to the app. There’s a guide button but it doesn’t do anything. Completely useless app that renders the camera purchase a total waste of money.

Account name after sign in fake can not add 8 Pro or any other camera always shows the skinny handheld camera Settings are useless

App crashes when trying to watch or download videos.

Update: on my iPhone it detected no internet through the SJCAM WiFi (makes sense). Once I turned off cellular it allowed network traffic through the WiFi and the app could connect. I’d recommend the app devs try and resolve this in the app if possible or at least offer this suggestion in the troubleshooting steps. No matter what I do I cannot get this app to connect to my SJCAM. I’ve tried reinstalling it, verify the WiFi connection, and given the app all the permissions it needs. Will update review if an update resolves these issues.

Does not work with C 100+. Every time I tried to connect or make changes to the camera settings, the app would disconnect. Don’t know about other models but if you’re considering buying a C 100+, do not waste your time or money. I went through two of them before figuring out it was more than just a small quirk

The application is super buggy and disconnect immediately and there is no support for the product. Try to leave a less than favorable review on the site and it will not post. Would not ever buy again!!

Can you update the app to support it on newer iPhones and for the C200? It will connect, and then the camera image will not show on the app. After a while, it will disconnect

The app is able to connect, you can see camera settings, however video or images don’t. All permissions have been given. Please improve app. Also fix C200 Gyro On settings as it barely improves anything.

Very disappointed, I could have bought a much cheaper camera if I knew I had go fetch my sd card because WiFi does not work!! What a big disappointment! I am trying to use the sjcam hunting camera

This app is unfinished, full of errors and it's not working well at the time of writing this review (7th May 2021). Also, camera SJ10PRO is not on the list. My camera died at second day of use, it shows "busy", can't even turn off except by pulling out battery. I'm sending back this crp and buying GoPro.

After this new update I can’t load my camera to the app ????? Please bring back the perilous versions off the app....

The old lad SJW cam app was like gold compared to this one... not only does it not let you register but when you try to register with your Instagram or Twitter or Facebook I’d and password, it says it did it but you still cannot log into the app! Really guys, get it together over there where ever you are! It’s reasons like this that make spending the extra $$$ for a GoPro worth it...

App will not connect to SJ8 Pro. Confirmed latest firmware 1.3.2. Just received camera today from Amazon. Very disappointed.

Like everybody else, I tried to save a few bucks buying an SJCam instead of a GoPro. Big mistake. App doesn't work, wifi doesn't work, camera is useless. Random 10 sec clips is all it does. And, the app has never worked. Buy a GoPro. You'll save more money in the end rather than buying cheap Chinese junk over and over.

I tried to delete it and re download the app multiple times but it won’t connect to my camera.

How can you change the language on the app

After most recent update, the app has a different layout. It took me a few minutes to learn the new look but it works fine after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Delete The old version first then download the latest version then it works Otherwise it crashes when trying to launch And bugs in profile setup ... can’t change gender from female default Other than that ... decent product @ unbeatable price

I have SD card in camera, Connected in wifi Settings but the app can not connect to the camera!

I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I changed the name of the WiFi and password. I still cannot connect.

It does not work well with iPhones at all. I had experiences with me being logged out and not allowing me to log back in. Please fix the app

This app is horrible it doesn’t work. The video/ photo feed never loads. Very hard to get the WiFi hooked up. Have an iPhone 6s would not recommend this for anyone!!!!

Running on iPhone XR with iOS 12.1.2, the app crashes immediately after opening. Without the app I would have to transfer the video to a computer! Please fix this issue!

Seems like a kids toy. Works about that good too. Both app and camera leave a lot to be desired. Will be returning. Biggest thing is you can’t control zoom from the app, so much for remote access!

Updated: Previously I wrote: “Doesn’t work at all on my iPad or iPhone running os 12.0.1. Just crashes instantly.” However, I found a workaround. I deleted the app completely and then re-downloaded it from the App Store. Then, on the SJcam, I changed the SID name and password for it’s WiFi. Then I reconnected to the SJcam using the new WiFi information. Now everything is working fine.

App is not working after latest updated on ios 12

Tried everything to get it to pair with my iPhone X. SJ8 pro with latest firmware. Works ok with my iPad, though. Definitely not a great app, missing a lot of English translations. What a shame, such amazing hardware, yet such terrible software.

The app is good and has an okay UI. It can be a little frustrating at times, like when I want all of my videos so I have to separately save all of them to my camera roll one by one. This takes AGES to do and sometimes it doesn't even save! Please fix these bugs. Another complaint is that my SJ6 Legend doesn't connect on my phone but ONLY connects to my iPad! Why is this??? It gets annoying so I'm going to give this 4 stars for the good planned out app, but it has many bugs to fix ASAP!

SJ6 Legend cam won’t connect to my iPhone 7plus using the sjcam zone app although I updated the firmware to 1.4.9. Live view won’t work just a black screen.

I’d suggest this as a staple on anyone who uses this on a vacation or trip because it’s really nice for reviewing clips and pictures. I just wished I had tutorial to show me all the really cool features and controls for my camera remotely.

It doesn’t connect with the SJ7 Star V.1.20. Really really annoying, I’m going to send the product back, that’s so sad

For the knockoff price you get the knockoff app. Works well enough. Had to install firmware from an SD card to my sj6 legend to get it to work. Been solid since then. Ui is pretty weird but it does everything I'd want. One feature request: download all content from device to phone. This would save me time for the one action I need this app for

Is it possible to give zero stars? I understand I bought the sjcam for a cheap price, but why does the app have issues?!?!? When I open the app, it takes minutes for it to stop lagging and to catch up to the camera's view. In addition, when I am trying to download the video to transfer to my iphone, it takes an hour or doesnt work at all? Can someone please help me with this issue? Could it be the Micro SD card I am using? This app is garbage until my problem is solved.

On my iPhone 7s plus the live view mode doesn't work, it takes for ever to load and stays in a black screen, the other functions work well but i would like to see what i am recording a the moment( angle and position) please fix and would give 5 stars because its an excellent app
