In order to watch any videos you have to download the video and it takes a long time to do that and it takes up a lot of storage on your phone.

I cant even access the camera with the app now. Shows its connected but thats all. No record or view on the phone.

When I first got my sjcam4000 wi-fi it connected to my iPhone 6s no problem. A week later and its telling me to log in (which I didnt have to before), so then I registered, but then it thought I was someone else (using MY email address). So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, now I cant get the app to do anything.

Several features are added that cater to the social sharing and prevent you from managing the camera until you log in.

The app will not connect to my camera… Even if Im connected to the cameras Wi-Fi network.

Same complaint as everyone else. Sj4000 wifi doesnt connect to app ever since the release of iOS 9.0.1.

App wont connect at all to SJ4000 please update!!!

I just bought the SJ4000 wifi days ago and unfortunately, I can not connect it with any of my wifi enacted devices. The good thing is I called the HQ number and the girl said that they WILL fix by 9/30/15. I wait! If so, I will change the rating to 5 stars!

The newest update stopped it from connecting please fix

Well something happened and now this wont connect via wifi.. What happened? Please fix this asap.

Is anyone there? Really neat idea. Sure would be nice if it worked. HELP!!!! ---------------- FinalCam works, however videos dont appear to save to iOS album. Come on SJCam, we know you can do it!!! Thanks in advance.

Im able to use it on my iPad that is using IOS 8 and it works but there is a 1 sec lag that is annoying. Please fix and make an update for IOS 9! ASAP!

I just received my "SJ4000-wifi" yesterday and tried to connect it to my iPhone using the app and it wasnt working... But that was yesterday. Today they seem to have updated the app and it works fine. The camera can now connect to my iPhone running iOs 9.0.2 Good Job! The reson for 3 stars and not more is that the app does what it says. Connects to the camera, allows remote control and changing settings... Now you guys just need to overhaul the UI. After having the camera for only 24hrs Im happy with it so far, and the fact that they updated the app to keep up with changing iOs standards means that at least theres someone awake at the wheel. Now you just have to polish the user interface a little to make it: Simple, Intuitive, Cool. in that order.
