I can not copy files to my smartphone. App seems like downloading the file but does not save to gallery.

Why not take shots/start-stop videos via volume buttons? Could be much easier to use the device and the app. In order to take a photo with selfie stick, we have to tap screen carefully so that we find the round spot.

With the latest update design has improved so much. But the functionality is stil lacking. Videos cant be played on WiFi. It is not possible to select video lapse settings. Need more effort.

Last uptade WiFi not work with SJ4000 wifi

You changed all function with last update. I cannot load videos, photos from sjcam to my phone. It doesnt work. Please fix that problem.

With iOS 9 the app doesnt connect the camera. Please fit it.

After the iOS9 update the app just cant connect with the cam, which wifi works perfectly. Fix it ASAP.

The app works fine but the GUI isnt user friendly. Old style

With the last update, my M10 series cant connect to the app. I find and connect wifi but when I try to connect in app it doesnt work.

Impossible to download or share photo.
